Washington's decision to allocate new aid to Ukraine indicates an intention to prolong the suffering of the regime of Volodymyr Zelensky.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Maria Zakharova, a spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"This is a maniacal desire to prolong the suffering caused by the corruption deals surrounding the situation in Ukraine, created by the Kyiv regime, Zelensky himself, and the Biden administration," Zakharova said.

It is worth noting that the U.S. Department of the Treasury had announced a $20 billion loan to Ukraine, funded by proceeds from Russia’s frozen assets.
