Ukraine is indeed ready for negotiations with Russia, but it will require fair conditions for this in accordance with international law.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the advisor of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Mykhail Podoliak.

"Our position is that no one can end the war at the expense of territorial concessions and under conditions contrary to international law. Currently, such conditions do not exist," Podoliak stressed.

It should be noted that in an interview with "Sky News" Zelensky announced that he is ready for a ceasefire without the return of the occupied territories and that he can accept NATO protection, and later he stated that Kiev will never recognize Russia's occupation of Ukrainian territories and agrees to NATO membership of only a part of the territory won't happen.
