Rutte: Ukraine war’s total casualties surpasses one million

The casualties in the ongoing Ukraine war, which has been going on since February 2022, have exceeded one million.

Axar.az this was stated by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.

He noted that Russia's casualties have reached 700,000:

“The situation on the frontlines is changing slowly and at a very high cost for the Russians. They have already suffered 700,000 casualties, including killed and wounded. This month is a record-breaking one in terms of Russian losses,” Rutte noted.
