At least four killed in Thailand charity fair explosion

An explosion occurred at a Red Cross charity fair in Thailand's Tak province.

Axar.az reports, citing foreign media, that at least 4 people were killed, and over 40 others were injured in the explosion.

Police have detained two teenagers, aged 16 and 17, suspected of detonating the explosive device.
