Hundreds of Indian students held a peace rally in the center of the Armenian city of Gyumri, on a street adjacent to the city hall, in memory of the young people who died in recent armed clashes in India.

Axar.az reports that the participants of the event wore white clothes as a symbol of peace and solidarity.

Indian students held posters with slogans such as "Peace to India", "No to violence", "Remember our heroes", and "Together for peace". The protest of Indian students was unexpected for the people of Gyumri.

It should be noted that in recent years, the number of foreign students, especially young people from India, has increased in Gyumri.
