US President Donald Trump has demanded that Germany provide Kyiv with Patriot air defense systems from its reserves.

Axar.az informs that the Bild newspaper reported on this.

"It was initially assumed that Ukraine would receive two Patriot systems from the Americans, and Germany would finance the increase in US reserves. It turns out that Germany should provide Kyiv with its own Patriots, while the Bundeswehr also lacks these systems.

Trump does not intend to share the systems that the American army has. Thus, Germany will have to hand over anti-aircraft missile systems, and also buy them from the United States to increase its reserves," it was reported.
