Syria is not a platform for separatist projects.

Axar.az reports that Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa said this in a statement regarding the situation in the province of Suwayda.

He noted that the entire Druze community cannot be judged for the actions of individuals:

"The majority of Suwayda residents support the state, and a small group is protesting."

Sharaa thanked the United States for its support for Syria's territorial integrity and said:

"Syria is not a platform for separatist projects."
