Slovenia legalizes euthanasia for terminal patients

The Slovenian parliament has passed a law granting the right to end life (euthanasia) for terminally ill patients.

Axar.az reports that in the parliamentary vote, 50 deputies voted in favor of euthanasia, 34 voted against, and 3 abstained.

Under the new law, individuals suffering from incurable diseases and experiencing unbearable physical or psychological pain will have the right to end their lives under medical supervision.
