According to the instructions of the Minister of Defense, the mobile groups conducted cultural events in the units stationed on the line of contact (LoC). The events was aimed at strengthen the military-patriotic upbringing of servicemen, as well as organize more productive spare time for military personnel.

During the meetings of the creative cultural groups of the Central House of Officers named after Asi Aslanov with servicemen, discussions were held on various topics related to loyalty to the homeland, the people, the state and military oath, as well as inculcating feelings of hatred towards the enemy.
The music programs were also held for military personnel.
