On August 9, a Military Oath taking ceremony will be held for young soldiers in the training units and subunits of the Azerbaijan Army.

Axar.az reports citing MoD that according to the relevant decision of the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers on the fight against coronavirus infection, in order to ensure the safety of the servicemen of the Azerbaijan Army and to prevent infection of military personnel, the participation of parents, as well as representatives of the public and the media in the Military Oath taking ceremony is prohibited.

We ask our citizens to treat this decision with understanding and not attend the Military Oath taking ceremony.
