Human Rights Watch condemned the Armenian terror in Barda

Human Rights Watch has issued a statement saying that the occupying Armenia struck the Azerbaijani city of Barda.

Axar.az reports that the organization confirmed that on October 28, Armenian forces hit Barda, a peaceful city in Azerbaijan, with cluster missiles, the use of which is banned at the international level.

"Armenia must immediately stop using cluster bombs or supplying Nagorno-Karabakh forces with them," the statement said.
