Karabakh is Azerbaijan and it cannot be discussed. Azerbaijan's territorial integrity will be fully restored.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of Russia's National Defense magazine, on the "Special Edition" program.

"No assistance should be called to Armenia by Armenian public organizations operating in Russia. These organizations call on the Russians to fight on the side of Armenia in Nagorno-Karabakh, which is unacceptable, and such calls are punishable by Russian law. Similar challenges must be prevented immediately, "the expert said.

According to Korotchenko, the operation carried out by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces to liberate Nagorno-Karabakh from Armenian occupation has entered a new phase:

"Fighting operations are already being carried out in mountainous conditions. Azerbaijan's military command is functioning neatly and competently. Thus, the course of events must be such that either the Armenian armed forces will leave all the territories of Azerbaijan, or they will be destroyed during military operations there. That's the alternative."
