Sargsyan: The Azerbaijani Army has arrived in Shusha

The office of Armenia's third president, Serzh Sargsyan, has accused the country's Defense Ministry of providing false and unverified information to the public.

Axar.az reports that the statement commented on the official statement of the representative of the Armenian Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan that in 2018-2019, Armenia will be more heavily armed than ever before.
"Armenian Defense Ministry spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan's statement has nothing to do with reality.

ovhannisyan either does not know the numbers or deliberately distorts the reality. Given that the country is at war and a state of war has been declared, and the other side has already reached Shusha, it is immoral to talk about it, almost to look for the "scapegoat". Once the martial law is over, we will address this issue and such baseless speculations in detail and substantiated."
