The Ayrenik (Motherland) armed group of mercenaries sent from Armenia to the Karabakh region was crushed by the Azerbaijani army.

Axar.az reports that the information was spread by the Motherland Party of Armenia.

It was reported that many of them were injured in the fighting. It is not ruled out that there are dead.

It should be noted that the chairman of the Motherland Party Artur Vanesyan worked as the director of the National Security Service of Armenia from May 10, 2018, to September 16, 2019. He is said to be linked to Russian special services. Prior to the events, Vanesyan demanded the resignation of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
