In January-April, 2016, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) has produced 2 522,7 mln tons of crude oil.

According to the SOCAR, oil production decreased by 8.5% in comparison with the same period last year.

During the reporting period, 624,5 thousand tons of the total volume produced in April, which is less by 8,7% than in April, 2015.
