In accordance with the recommendations of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), Azerbaijan Airlines asks passengers not to use Samsung Galaxy Note 7 smartphone or charge it during the flight.

Transportation of this model of smartphone in a checked baggage is not allowed as well.

Restrictions are associated with the recent reports of Samsung company on recall of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 smartphones due to the cases of fire.

Passengers traveling with Samsung Galaxy Note 7 smartphones, should immediately inform the crew in case of damage, heating of smartphone or if it is lost on board the aircraft.
