Azerbaijan has announced its representative for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2025, set to take place on December 13 in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Axar.az reports that Yagmur Nasrullayeva will represent the country.
At a press conference, Nurlana Cəfərova, head of Azerbaijan’s Eurovision delegation, said that more than 60 applications were submitted for the selection: “The top 15 candidates moved on to the next stage, and one of them emerged as the winner.”
The selection jury included People’s Artist Siyavush Karimi, Honored Artists Govhar Hasanzade and Vuqar Camalzade, music arranger Vuqar Baxish, former Eurovision representative Samira Efendi, and Javid Imamverdiyev, chief director of the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theatre.
