The delegation led by the Commander of the Navy (NAV) Captain 1st Rank Shahin Mammadov is on an official visit to Italy to participate in the 9th international exhibition "SEAFUTURE 2025" at the invitation of the Commander of the Italian Navy, Admiral Enrico Credendino.

It was noted that the exhibition, held to expand maritime security, regional cooperation, and mutual exchange of experience between naval forces, is attended by representatives of different countries of the world, representatives of military-industrial complexes, and international organizations operating in the field of defense.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the Commander of the Azerbaijani Navy met with his Italian counterpart and had a wide exchange of views on a number of issues of mutual interest.

The Azerbaijani delegation got acquainted with modern marine technologies, innovative naval solutions, and other defense products presented at the international exhibition "SEAFUTURE 2025".

The participation of the Azerbaijani Navy in international events at this level is a clear example of Azerbaijan's growing role in the security sector in the region and internationally, as well as an integral part of the steps taken to enhance the professionalism and military-technical potential of the naval forces.
