Chief of the State Border Service, Colonel-General Elchin Guliyev inspected the organization of service and combat activities in the military units and divisions of the Gazakh special border division and met with border guards serving at the border checkpoints.

Axar.az reports citing the State Border Service's Press Center that President Ilham Aliyev's congratulatory message to the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of Novruz holiday was delivered to the personnel. Each of the border guards was personally congratulated and was presented with holiday gifts.
