Well-known blogger and public activist Mehman Huseynov's operation was successful.

Axar.az reports this information was spread on the Facebook page "Sancaq Production".

"Doctors at Geneva University Hospital have successfully operated on journalist Mehman Huseynov, who has been receiving medical treatment in Switzerland since March this year. The operation was performed on September 8. It lasted for about 10 hours. He will be under medical supervision for the next two to three weeks and will be discharged from the hospital," the statement said.
