Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov views the buildings destroyed due to the missile strikes by the Armenian armed forces.

Axar.az reports citing Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan Colonel General Kamaladdin Heydarov visited Ganja on October 13, 2020.

The Minister viewed the areas hit by the Armenian troops with missiles in rude violation of the norms and principles of international law, as well as the humanitarian ceasefire, and inspected the condition of the civilian infrastructure and residential buildings destroyed as the result of war crime. Meeting with the residents, Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov noted that the President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Mr.Ilham Aliyev is always by the Azerbaijani citizen, and that all measures are taken to ensure the safety of population and eliminate existing problems.
