A close friend of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, as well as the leader of the Revolutionary Guards in Yerevan, Ayk Stepanyan, was killed during the anti-terrorist operation of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in occupied Karabakh.
Axar.az reports that Stepanyan's name is included in the new list of destroyed Armenian servicemen published by the Armenian Defense Ministry.
It should be noted that Ayk Stepanyan was a strong supporter of the current Prime Minister of Armenia. Thanks to him, Pashinyan was able to organize thousands of rallies during the "velvet revolution".
Stepanyan was also one of the most loyal employees of the Soros Foundation in Armenia.
