On April 26, President Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva and their daughters Leyla arrived at the Zangilan Mosque, which will be restored by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Axar.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev stressed that all our historical and religious monuments will be restored:

"Reconstruction of mosques in Shusha has already begun. Preparations are underway for the restoration of the Agdam Juma Mosque. Reconstruction and conservation of the mosque in Zangilan is underway today."
