As we reported, on the instructions of the President of Azerbaijan, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Ilham Aliyev, the Minister of Defense, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov and other management staff of the ministry checked the combat readiness of the military units and formations located in the southern regions of our republic.

Axar.az reports that the Minister of Defense watched the training of the military units of the Special Forces in the mentioned areas.

One of the notable moments was that the said training was followed by Zakir Hasanov and the operational chief of the Turkish Ground Forces, Major General Bakhtiyar Ersay (Bakhtiyar Pasha).
