On October 12, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in Bishkek.
Axar.az reports that President Vladimir Putin made a speech and said: Dear Ilham Heydar oghlu, I am very glad to see you. The last time we spoke with you was on the phone. Of course, it should be clearly stated that the number one issue here is the situation around Karabakh. We have another agenda, which is quite extensive. I suggest that we structure our work as follows: then we can start from the second part, let our colleagues express their opinions and speak. Then let's meet again and talk, let's talk about the whole complex of issues, including, so to speak, sensitive issues.
President Ilham Aliyev: Vladimir Vladimirovich, thank you. Nice to see you again. As you mentioned, we talked recently. We are glad that you found time to meet within the framework of your state visit to Kyrgyzstan. There are many issues. I think that your proposal is completely logical. We will talk to our colleagues about the bilateral agenda, and we have a lot to talk about. The results of this year on both commodity circulation, industrial cooperation, and cooperation in the field of transport are quite good. There are many projects. Then we will move on to regional issues and security issues. Thank you again for the meeting.
