Baku Media Center, which has signed big and memorable projects in the media sector for many years, is currently working on the production of an important film for our country. This is the film "The Patron" about the life of the great patron and philanthropist Haji Zeynalabdin Taghiyev. The film also reflects important historical events that took place in Baku and the region at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century.

Axar.az reports that the shooting of this screenplay, which is of great importance in the promotion of our history, started in May and 90 of the 120 shooting days have already been completed. The film will consist of 8 episodes in total. 1600 people were involved in the mass scenes of the said project, in addition, more than 70 locations were filmed and more than 300 monuments were built.

Arzu Aliyeva, president of the Baku Media Center, is the director and producer of this big project that will contribute to the promotion of our national values.

The multi-series film is expected to be released to viewers next year. So, 2024 is the 100th anniversary of the great philanthropist's death. The screenwork is expected to be received with great interest by the audience and movie lovers.
