Vagif Khachatryan, do you have humanity and conscience?

Axar.az reports that this was said by Teymur Salmanov, who testified as a victim in the case of Vagif Khachatryan, who was accused of committing genocide in Meshali village of Khojaly district on December 22, 1991, as part of illegal Armenian armed groups.

He said that he was a child during the attack on Meşali: "We were surrounded. I was 14 years old during those events and I was injured in my leg. They brought me to this day."

Later, the victim showed the injuries to his leg during the incident to Vafig Vachatryan in court.

The victim said to Vagif: "Do you have humanity? What law has to do this? Do you have a conscience? Shame e. They put me in this situation. Therefore, I demand the most severe punishment for Vagif Khachatryan."
