Axar.az reports that the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on November 7, during his visit to the village of Vangli, Kalbajar district, ordered the removal of the plaque.

The instruction of the head of state was immediately carried out, and the utility workers in the area removed the board.
