The President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, got acquainted with the exhibition "SPECA Countries Exhibition: Regional Cooperation for Sustainable Development" at the Baku Expo Center as part of his business trip to Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that the UN Special Program for the Economies of Central Asian Countries - SPECA Week is being held in Baku. Participating countries of the program are Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.

Today, within the framework of the week, the Summit dedicated to the 25th anniversary of SPECA, the UN Special Program for the Economies of Central Asian Countries, will begin its work.

The event will be attended by heads of SPECA countries and other high-level officials.
