National leader Heydar Aliyev was commemorated in Eskisehir.

Axar.az reports that Heydar Aliyev's Memorial Day was held under the joint organization of the Heydar Aliyev Application and Research Center of Eskisehir Anatolian University, the Federation of Azerbaijani Associations of Turkiye and the Eskisehir Association of Azerbaijanis.

Valeh Hajiyev, Vice Chairman of the State Committee on Diaspora Work, Fuad Erdal, Rector of Anadolu University and other guests and students took part in the event.

Speakers talked about the life and political activity of Heydar Aliyev, and his services in strengthening the independence of Azerbaijan.

At the end, a film about the life of the National leader was shown.
