Today, the sunny and clear sky observed in the northern region of our country allowed residents to watch the mysterious scenery of the Great Caucasus Mountains.

Axar.az reports that the high peaks of the Caucasus range in Azerbaijan and neighboring Dagestan were visible from the Guba, Gusar, and Khachmaz districts.

The spectators enjoyed the snowy scenery of "Shahdag", "Heydar Peak", "Yarudag", "Shalbuzdag" (Dagestan), Mastargah, Kyzylgaya, Khinalig peaks, Budug meadows.

Ecotourism specialist Togrul Jafarov told Azertac that it is possible to observe the peaks of the Great Caucasus mountains better in the winter months from the district center of Guba. In summer, the humidity in the air relatively blocks the view. At present, the peaks are covered with snow, making the mountains more attractive and picturesque.
