On March 12, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev got acquainted with the project of the Central District Hospital to be built in Fuzuli.
Axar.az reports that Health Minister Teymur Musayev informed the heads of state about the conditions to be created in the hospital.
It was reported that a new hospital with 180 beds will be built on an area of 4.5 hectares according to the draft Master Plan. "BI Group" of Kazakhstan and many Azerbaijani companies will participate in the construction of the hospital. Administrative building, reception, therapy, cardiology, neurology, surgery, traumatology-orthopedics, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, pediatrics, obstetrics, gynecology, infectious diseases, anesthesiology-resuscitation, hemodialysis departments, and operation block will operate in this medical center.
The outpatient service part of the hospital will consist of a consultative polyclinic, children's polyclinic, radiodiagnosis, functional diagnostics, physiotherapy, and medical rehabilitation departments, a clinical diagnostic laboratory, and a pharmacy. The treatment center will be equipped with the most modern medical equipment.
It has been pointed out that in addition to the hospital, the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology, the Emergency Aid Station, and the Forensic-Medical Expertise and Pathological Anatomy Center will also be built in the same area.
Here, all conditions will be created to provide high-level medical services to the residents of the region. Thus, the residents of the region, who will return to their native land, will be surrounded by comprehensive medical services with the commissioning of this medical center.
