The State Fire Control Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) canceled the licenses of some enterprises engaged in fire protection activities that committed serious violations of the law.

It was reported that during planned inspections carried out by the State Fire Control Service, "Installation, maintenance and repair of fire protection systems and equipment", as well as "Repair and service of firefighting equipment, primary firefighting equipment, and restoration of the quality of firefighting equipment" were licensed for the activities. It was found that "Con-Sol Group" and "Prokon" Limited Liability Companies, which have a license for the type of activity "Installation, maintenance and repair of fire protection systems and means", did not comply with the conditions of the licenses for the mentioned types of activity.

"During the conducted inspections, it was determined that the said enterprises, depending on the nature of the type of activity, were not provided with specialists and staff with relevant qualifications in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, with the equipment to be used, as well as with the material and technical base to carry out the relevant work. Serious violations of the law were found in their activities. There is no doubt that the work to be done and the services to be provided by such enterprises with a license for fire protection activities are ineffective in extinguishing fires that may occur, which in turn is a direct threat to human life or health, the environment, and property interests of the state in the event of fires that may occur. creates", - it was stated in the information.
