Axar.az reports that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva visited the grave of the Great Leader in the Alley of Honor.

President Ilham Aliyev laid a wreath in front of the grave of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and paid tribute to the memory of the Great Leader.

The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.

Then the first lady Mehriban Aliyeva commemorated the memory of the National Leader with deep respect.

Commemorating the memory of Zarifa Aliyeva, the outstanding ophthalmologist-scientist, academician, and lifelong companion of the great leader Heydar Aliyev, the head of state and the first lady laid flowers on the grave.

The memories of the well-known statesman Aziz Aliyev and Professor Tamerlan Aliyev were also remembered.
