Today, the authorities of the Bolshesoldtsky district of the Kursk region announced the start of the evacuation of residents.

It is noted that this region does not border with Ukraine. In total, evacuation was announced in 7 areas on August 13. Six of them (Glushkovsk, Rylsk, Korenovsk, Khomutovsk, Belovsk, and Bolshesoldtsk) are located in the Kursk region, and one (Krasnoyaruzsk) is located in the Belgorod region.

According to some Telegram channels, the main battles occur in Korenevo settlement and Martynovka village.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to advance in the direction of Rylsk, Lgov, and Kurchatov.
