Ilham Aliyev arrives in Russia -

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has arrived in the Russian Federation on October 7 to participate in the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

Axar.az reports that the Azerbaijani President was welcomed at Vnukovo-2 International Airport in Moscow by Mikhail Galuzin, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia, along with other official representatives.
