As reported, the 29th Session of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP29) began in Baku on November 11.

Axar.az reports that Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva and Presidential Assistant Anar Alakbarov visited the event venue and toured the Azerbaijan pavilion.

It should be noted that COP29, held at the Baku Stadium from November 11-22, is the largest event Azerbaijan has organized to date and is being hosted in our country for the first time in the region. As part of COP29, the highest-level event, the World Leaders' Climate Action Summit, will be held on November 12-13.
