The 26th Ice and Snow World Exhibition has started in Harbin, the administrative center of Heilongjiang Province in northeastern China.

Axar.az reports that figures made of 300,000 cubic meters of ice and snow are displayed at the thematic exhibition covering an area of ​​approximately one million square meters. These figures include the likenesses of famous architectural examples in different countries and cartoon characters.

During the days of the world's largest ice and snow exhibition, fantasy shows, and virtual reality projects will be organized, and tourists will be able to visit the digital art museum.

It should be noted that the Ice and Snow World exhibition of Harbin last year entered the "Guinness Book of Records" due to the size of its area. Last year, 2.7 million people visited the exhibition. The area of ​​the next exhibition has been expanded by 25 percent. The Harbin Expo, which runs until early March, is a popular winter tourism event in China.
