UEFA's recent social media post about "Galatasaray" has stirred up controversy among the fans of their archrival, "Fenerbahce."

Axar.az reports that UEFA's official Europa League social media account shared an image of "Galatasaray" player Yunus Akgun with the caption "Unbeaten and at the top of the Turkish Super League."

This led to a strong backlash from "Fenerbahce" supporters, who flooded the post with hundreds of comments expressing their dissatisfaction.

In response to the pressure from "Fenerbahce" fans, UEFA shared another post. About an hour and a half after the "Galatasaray" post, UEFA uploaded a picture of "Fenerbahce" player Youssef En-Nesyri.

Both "Galatasaray" and "Fenerbahce" are competing in the UEFA Europa League this season.
