A tragedy occurred at the Kumbh Mela religious festival in the Indian city of Prayagraj.

Axar.az reports that Indian police said that 30 people were killed and 90 injured in a stampede at the Kumbh Mela, a Hindu festival in the northern city of Prayagraj.

It is worth noting that this is the second incident in recent days in the state of Uttar Pradesh. On January 28, six people were killed and 50 others were injured when a temporary bamboo stage collapsed during the religious festival.
