General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, To Lam, arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan on a state visit on May 7.

Axar.az reports a guard of honor was lined up in his honor at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, which was decorated with the national flags of both countries.

To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and his spouse, Ngo Phuong Linh, were welcomed at the airport by First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Yagub Eyyubov, Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov, and other officials.
