Tehran cartoonist Hadi Heydari's latest published cartoon insults Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and the Turks.

Axar.az informs that Tabriz media reported on this.

The cartoon depicts Pezeshkian, holding a whip in his hand, riding a donkey upside down with the word "Unity" written on it.

"The publication of Hadi Heydari's offensive cartoon should not be considered a work of art, but a racist and deliberate act against the Turkish nation. This cartoon, which mocks national unity and insults the country's president, is targeting millions of Turkish-Iranians," wrote the social media channel "Tabrizone", which supports Masoud Pezeshkian.

Azerbaijani intellectuals and public figures living in Iran condemned the spread of the caricature and warned of its consequences:

"We, as Turks, declare that we will not forget this insult and will continue to do so through legal means and the media until this racist behavior is condemned. We warn against the hate-speech movement in Iran. The identity of the Turkish nation cannot be erased or humiliated."
