The European Union’s monitoring mission in Armenia (EUMA) will continue its operations, with any potential changes to its mandate to be discussed between Yerevan and Brussels.
Axar.az informs, citing Repоrt, according to EU foreign policy spokesperson Anitta Hipper, the mission’s responsibilities include observing conditions on the ground along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border from the Armenian side and reporting on them.
She added that the EU welcomed the initialing of the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia and urged both parties to sign and ratify it as soon as possible.
