Direct flights between Belgrade and Baku launched

Air Serbia has launched direct flights between Belgrade and Baku.

Axar.az reports that Air Serbia officially inaugurated a direct air route between Belgrade and Baku today.

According to the information, flights are scheduled twice a week — departures from Belgrade on Wednesdays and Sundays, and from Baku on Thursdays and Sundays.

The inaugural flight ceremony from Belgrade was attended by Kamal Huseynov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Serbia, representatives of the Serbian government, including Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Aleksandra Sofronijević, Minister of Sports Zoran Gajić, Minister of Culture Nikola Selaković, as well as Air Serbia’s executive board, media representatives, and numerous guests.

Today, the aircraft flying directly from Belgrade to Baku landed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
