The foreign ministries of Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Germany, Montenegro, Ukraine, Egypt, Greece, and Jordan have extended congratulations to the government and people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of Independence Day.

Estonia’s Foreign Ministry said: "Sending our warmest congratulations and best wishes to the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of Independence Day!
Wishing peace, prosperity, and continued success. Happy Independence Day!"
Latvia’s Foreign Ministry congratulated Azerbaijan and wished the country prosperity and well-being.
Poland’s Foreign Ministry wrote: "Congratulations and best wishes to the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the Independence Day!"
Director for Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia, Niklas Wagner, stated in a post on behalf of the German Foreign Ministry: "On the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, my sincerely congratulations to the people of Azerbaijan! Germany highly values its constructive partnership with Azerbaijan and remains committed to deepening our bilateral cooperation, and to work for regional peace and prosperity."
Montenegro’s Foreign Ministry stated: "On the occasion of Independence Day, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro extends its warmest congratulations to the Government and the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
We wish Azerbaijan continued success and prosperity, while reaffirming our commitment to further enhancing the strong partnership between our countries, both bilaterally and within international frameworks."
Egypt’s Foreign Ministry wrote: "Egypt extends its sincere congratulations to the government and people of the friendly Republic of Azerbaijan on the occasion of Independence Day, and looks forward to further strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between our two countries."
Greece's Foreign Ministry also congratulated Azerbaijan on its national holiday: "Happy Independence Day, Azerbaijan!"
Jordan's Foreign Ministry stated: "We congratulate the Republic of Azerbaijan on Independence Day."
Meanwhile, Ukraine's Foreign Ministry described Azerbaijan as a "reliable friend and strategic partner": "Most sincere congratulations to our reliable friend and strategic partner Azerbaijan on the occasion of the Independence Day of the country!
We highly appreciate Azerbaijan's support and solidarity with Ukraine as well as its humanitarian aid for our country. We are looking forward to continuing very positive dynamics of our bilateral relations and cooperation in all spheres."
