President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

It is with deep satisfaction that I note the active progression of our bilateral trade and economic interaction, alongside the expansion of interregional, cultural, and humanitarian ties.
