On September 7-9, the capital city of Baku will host the international conference and exhibition “Black and Caspian Freight Forum 2026: Corridors, Infrastructure, Investments” - an in-person networking platform for experts from the Black and Caspian Seas logistics market.

Axar.az reports that hosted at the Four Seasons Hotel Baku, the event will bring together representatives of public institutions, international financial organizations, port and railway companies, transport and logistics sectors, investment circles, as well as business and expert associations.

The event is co-organized by the “RDL Group” and the “CASPIA” center.

One of the key topics of discussion at the forum will be the ongoing development of the Middle Corridor, particularly its role in strengthening transport links across Central Asia, the South Caucasus, Türkiye, and Europe. Participants will examine future development opportunities alongside the practical elements critical to its success: infrastructure and network capacity (ports and railways), seamless multimodal transport coordination, investment requirements, as well as digitalization of logistics supply chains.

The agenda will also feature discussions on emerging regional infrastructure projects, such as TRIPP (Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity), exploring their implications for regional connectivity.

Further discussions will center on: attracting strategic investments in transport infrastructure, expanding multimodal transportation systems, increasing cargo volumes across the Caspian and Black Seas, advancing the digitalization of logistics, and exploring future growth prospects for international transport corridors.
