It is worth noting that according to a statement released by the Azerbaijani Prosecutor General’s Office yesterday, reports emerged about the disappearance of Nasimi Rasim oglu Musayev, a conscript serving in one of the military units located in Azerbaijan’s Lachin district.

The statement said a search for Musayev began on September 26, 2026, after he failed to report to his place of service and his whereabouts could not be established. Relevant units of the Defense Ministry and the Ministry of Emergency Situations carried out the necessary search operations. The Military Prosecutor’s Office conducted an inquiry into the circumstances of the incident and found reasonable grounds to suspect that Musayev had left his military unit without authorization.
