Recently, there has been an increase in unfounded harsh accusations, insulting statements, and illegal calls directed against the Azerbaijani state, people, and leadership by citizens and media outlets of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Axar.az reports, citing АPA, that religious figures at various levels, members of parliament, experts, and media representatives have targeted Azerbaijan's sovereignty, security, state-religion relations, governance system, and other areas, promoted religious radicalism, attempted to incite religious hatred and hostility, and called for the forcible change of government.

According to the information obtained, taking the above into account, 14 Iranian citizens who have made calls against Azerbaijan and promoted hostility in the media and on social networks have been declared persona non grata in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and banned from entering the country.

The list of these individuals is as follows:

1. Ehsan Movahedian – Political analyst, expert, and lecturer at Allameh Tabataba'i University in Tehran.

2. Ahmad Farshbafian – Former head of the Center for Caucasus and Anatolia Studies at the University of Tabriz.

3. Kamran Ghazanfari – Member of Iran's Islamic Consultative Assembly.

4. Alireza Beygi – Former member of Iran's Islamic Consultative Assembly and political commentator.

5. Abolfazl Zohrevand – Member of Iran's Islamic Consultative Assembly.

6. Abbas Moghtadaei Khorasgani – Member of Iran's Islamic Consultative Assembly.

7. Alireza Salimi – Member of Iran's Islamic Consultative Assembly.

8. Hossein Shariatmadari – Editor-in-chief of Kayhan newspaper.

9. Ayatollah Mohsen Araki – Member of Iran's Assembly of Experts, which elects the Supreme Leader, and member of the Expediency Discernment Council.

10. Ayatollah Mohammad Javad Fazel Lankarani – Member of the Society of Authors and Teachers of the Qom Seminary and head of the A'immah Athar (AS) Jurisprudence Center in Qom.

11. Abdol Hossein Khosrow Panah – Secretary of Iran's Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution.

12. Hojjatoleslam Gholamreza Kavashi – Head of public relations at the office of the Friday Prayer Imam of Tabriz and head of the public relations department at the office of the Iranian Supreme Leader's representative in East Azerbaijan Province.

13. Dariush Safarnejad – Professor and political expert.

14. Ahmadreza Mousavi – Actor and television presenter.
