Iran’s President will visit Armenia

Iranian president’s deputy chief of staff for communications and information, Parviz Esmaeili, announced that President Rouhani will leave Tehran for Armenian capital of Yerevan on Wednesday, December 21.

Axar.az informs, the trip to Yerevan will be made at the invitation of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, and is aimed at boosting bilateral relations and deepening mutual cooperation with neighbours and regional states, Esmaeili added.

Rouhani will then pay official visits to Central Asian countries of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan as well.
